Provider’s declaration on protection of personal data

Bestes, s. r. o. as a provider of this website (hereinafter referred to as the provider) declares that it protects personal data of users, particularly in compliance with the law No. 127/ 2005 Coll. on electronic communications and with the law No. 101/2000 Coll. on protection of personal data. Use of the elementary part of the provider’s internet website is not subject to providing personal data. Some functions or applications, which are a part of the provider’s marketing activities, are available to users only after logging in the system under their selected name or nickname and under selected password. Condition for obtaining of such an access and password is registration of use in the provider’s system. The condition for obtaining such an access and a password is the user’s registration in the provider’s system, i.e. providing some personal data. The provider declares that these personal data will be obtained, processed, updated and used only in compliance with the law on protection of personal data and they are used exclusively for the provider’s marketing purposes, development of services for the user and for ensuring communication between the provider and the user. Use of personal data by the provider will not be in conflict with the legal rules or the user’s interest. The provider shall collect, process, update and use personal data only with the user's approval. The provider may collect, process, update and use personal data including the user’s name, address, phone number, email and date of birth. The provider may also collect data on the user’s visit in the provider’s website, especially number of accesses, time spent in the website, list of accessed sub-websites or results and statistic outputs from competitions and enquiries.

The provider may use personal data in order to provide services to users and based on them it may develop analyses on how users use services. The provider may contact the user with questions concerning development of services and in the framework of special marketing and promotion activities, particularly by mail, telephonically or via SMS, email and Internet. This sent information can have a nature of the business message.

The provider may provide information to users on products and services of third parties, which it thoroughly tested and selected before cooperation, and it can send to users promotion and marketing information concerning these selected third parties, without providing users’ personal data to these third parties. This sent information may have a nature of the business message.

The provider neither sells nor gives personal data to third party users, unless it obtains users’ approval to do so. The provider shall ask for such an approval in the appropriate way.

The user can contact the provider any time in order to find out which personal data concerning his/her/its person the provider collects and also in order to remove his/her/its personal data from the system created for marketing and promotion purposes or in order to update them.
